New GMC Yukon and Yukon XL for Sale in Burlington, WI

The GMC Yukon seats up to eight passengers across three rows. Choosing the available second-row captain’s chairs brings capacity to seven and opens a center walkthrough that makes the third row far easier to reach. Every new Yukon and Yukon XL we have in stock is shown on this page, and you can filter by trim, drivetrain and color to narrow the list.

Three Engines, One Transmission

The Yukon lineup runs on three powertrains, all paired with a Hydra-Matic 10-speed automatic.

Engine Horsepower Torque Availability
5.3L V8355 hp383 lb-ftStandard on Elevation
6.2L V8420 hp460 lb-ftStandard on Denali, AT4 Ultimate, Denali Ultimate
Duramax 3.0L Turbo-Diesel305 hp495 lb-ftAvailable across the lineup

Rear-wheel drive is standard on Elevation and Denali. Four-wheel drive is standard on AT4, AT4 Ultimate and Denali Ultimate, and is available on the others. Properly equipped, the Yukon tows up to 8,400 pounds, which covers most of what gets pulled out to Browns Lake and the Fox River through the summer.

Maximum towing and payload capacity figures are based on properly equipped vehicles and vary by configuration. Do not exceed any weight rating. See your owner’s manual and the vehicle’s door-jamb label for specific capacities.

How the Five Trims Differ

Trim Standard Drivetrain Defining Equipment
ElevationRear-wheel drive5.3L V8, HD Surround Vision, heated front seats and steering wheel, 20-inch Satin Graphite wheels
AT4Four-wheel driveHigh-approach front fascia with skid plate and red recovery hooks, Magnetic Ride Control, 20-inch all-terrain wheels
DenaliRear-wheel driveSuper Cruise, 6.2L V8, 15-inch Head-Up Display, power-sliding center console
AT4 UltimateFour-wheel driveSuper Cruise, Air Ride Adaptive Suspension, Obsidian Rush full-grain leather, 16-way power front seats with massage
Denali UltimateFour-wheel driveSuper Cruise, Air Ride Adaptive Suspension, 24-inch wheels, 18-speaker Bose

The headline for shoppers cross-shopping trims is Super Cruise. GMC’s hands-free driver assistance technology is now standard on Denali, AT4 Ultimate and Denali Ultimate, each bundled with a three-year OnStar One plan, rather than something you have to option in. If you want to understand how the system works before you drive one, our Super Cruise guide walks through it.

Always pay attention while driving and when using Super Cruise. Do not use a handheld device. Requires active Super Cruise Plan or trial. Terms apply.

Yukon or Yukon XL

The two share every powertrain, every trim and the same 44.5 inches of front legroom. The difference is behind the third row.

Measurement Yukon Yukon XL

Cargo behind third row25.5 cu ft41.5 cu ft
Cargo behind second row72.5 cu ft93.6 cu ft
Maximum cargo122.8 cu ft144.5 cu ft

Those 15 extra inches of body length translate almost entirely into cargo space, which is why the XL tends to win with families hauling gear for more than a weekend.

Interior and Technology

A 16.8-inch diagonal GMC Infotainment System with Google built-in is standard across the lineup, alongside HD Surround Vision, heated front seats and a heated steering wheel on Elevation. Second-row outboard seats are heated with power-release on Elevation, so third-row access does not require pulling a child seat.

At the top of the range, Denali Ultimate offers available second-row executive seating: heated and ventilated captain’s chairs with a massage feature, 14-way power adjusters and stainless steel Bose head-restraint speakers that bring the system to as many as 22 speakers. Denali Ultimate also carries an 18-speaker Bose system as standard equipment.

Standard Safety and Driver Assistance

Every Yukon includes Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking, Blind Zone Steering Assist, Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking, HD Surround Vision and IntelliBeam automatic high beams. Enhanced Automatic Parking Assist is also part of the driver assistance suite.

For winter driving around Burlington, Rochester and Waterford, the combination of available four-wheel drive with a heated steering wheel and heated front seats is the practical pairing most local shoppers ask about first.

Safety or driver assistance features are no substitute for the driver’s responsibility to operate the vehicle in a safe manner. The driver should remain attentive to traffic, surroundings and road conditions at all times. Visibility, weather and road conditions may affect feature performance. Read the vehicle Owner’s Manual for more important feature limitations and information.
